How much does a change cost?

I read in a newspaper once where a transwoman couldn't afford the surgery nor would her counselor grant her permission to get the surgery. So, she hired some guy for $600 to get her drunk or drugged and he cut her out and split her down the middle and removed the insides of her . This forced the surgeon at the hospital to give her a change and the insurance company had to pay for it. Also, the guy put in a call to the emergency squad to come pick her up before she bled to death. He also provided compress bandages to put on her as well for bleeding. They looked all around for her testicles and inside of her . She told the guy to take it with him so they couldn't find them to put them back in. So, I suspect that the insurance company had to pay for the change surgery. This is one way to get it done for nothing, or the cost of a co-pay.
