Eloping to Vegas can we get married in the bigger hotels chapels?

My fianc� and I are considering eloping to Vegas and just having a reception when we get back. None of my family will be around and his mom already said it would be fine with her. So my question is would we have to book one of the little street chapels or can we do it at the hotel chapels. I do not mind the street chapels but would really like to see about getting a package that includes the hotel. I would really like to do it at the Excalibur there chapel looks nice and my fianc�' and I are in to the king and queen theme. it would only be us and I suppose we would have to find a whiteness. Has anyone else done this or do they prefer the full wedding party type weddings?
