How to I transform a social outcast into a cool guy?

OK, my cousin is a prime example of a social outcast. he, like myself goes to a British public school, though different ones. his is actually less strict than mine. Yet I as a charmer can get away with anything. He is of course well liked among teachers, as far as peers go he is bullied. the problem is he obeys every single rule and thus is disliked. he has shirt tucked in, i mean WHO has their shirt tucked in at school? his top on is always done up even in the summer he never takes his blazer off. his school uniform is pretty much identical to mine and I presume most others grey trousers, shirt, school tie, blazer black shoes. He wants to change, I get email after email of him saying "I want to change" to be honest I do care his family but I can't help l live in Scotland and bored in the midlands he's over 100 miles away. however I also can't really think of any advice to give him. I need you help, your advice THanks.
