I can not figure out the name of this game! Can someone plz help me???

I played a game on a laptop about 4 or 5 years ago. The game's scenario is, you are the operator of a Nuclear Reactor and you have to keep the reactor from melting down. If you do the wrong thing to many times, the alarms start going crazy and things start beeping out of control. The main colors of the game are Blue and Black. It looks like a game that you play through MS-DOS or something like that. I dont know exactly how old it is. I hope somebody knows the answer.
