Making a clan for ps3 members on mw2?!!?

Heeey, so basically i left my old clan cause all they ever did was play quikscopes in private match..:/ boring. lol soo im looking to make a new clan that does everything, including going up against other clans and maybe even making a website? (ican do that) also, girls and guys are welcome. I'm a girl by the way so i dont want guys that are ist and think girls cant play vid games. msg me with ur username and i add you:)
