I have never believed in god. Last night however, I came across the name Angel Raphael in my dreams?

I have never come across this name before. So I googled Rafael and afterwards Raphael. Found some information on Archangel Raphael. I can't remember what my dream was about though. I have always laughed at others about religion but recently I am kind of starting to become a believer. Is this a sign of some sort? It just does not make sense. How can something appear in my brain which I have never heard of. Same with all these random faces in my dreams sometimes. People I have not meet. Maybe they are important in some way. Just a bit confused. Has anyone else come across something like this?
