Yes, humans create more natural selection by driving. I used to live in the suburbs, where there were plenty of cars. There, the squirrels wouldn't even approach human beings, much less cars, because they realized that the danger. I live in a rural area now, and the squirrels here are more approachable. I can get within few feet from a squirrel here, whereas in the suburbs I could not. This is a clear example of how different environments force animals to develop different survival methods.
