I ate really bad today, what do you think? (CHOCOLATE!!!)?

I don't think you ate that badly today! I mean, you really ate healthier than most people I know. Oatmeal is great in the morning, and whole wheat bread, apples, granola, etc are good choices. You can't expect to be perfect, and I don't think your indulgences were very extreme. :) Don't beat yourself up! You're fine. (:
