What type of jobs hire ugly people? more specifically for teenagers?

Hi, l am ugly 16 teenage girl although l look just a little younger, and lm trying to find a job so l can save up for cosmetic surgery, the problem is l have a very unpleasant face so finding a job is going be quite hard for me, do you any jobs that dont mind homely people? like working in the back or something? l also have social anxiety so do you know any jobs that does not involve much contact with people and where l cant really be seen for a 16 year old? thanks!
