Why are so many black women angry and entitled?

It seems like many black women (American) often act very entitled, picky, and angry when they don't get their way? Restaurants - they're the ones sending their plates back because the mashed potatoes aren't ery enough, etc. They just seem to behave very defensively, like they are prepared for a battle with every social interaction they have.
