When Ann Coulter said "All Terrorists are Muslim." did she mean with the exception of the following groups?

And don't leave off the most DANGEROUS domestic terrorists of all, the WORLD DOMINANCE-seeking far-right-wing evangelical extremist CULT that hosts the seemingly innocuous National Prayer Breakfast, The Family or YWAM (Sharlet, 2008, 2010)---also calls itself The Federation, The Foundation, Youth With A Mission for indoctrinating our youngsters, or Michael Farris's Generation Joshua (Goldberg, 2006), which consists of children HOME-SCHOOLED "since infancy" using a LITERAL interpretation of scripture taught that they are "God-ordained" to "take dominion over every level of [U.S.] government and over all nonbelievers" (anyone not believing that literal scripture should be the law of the land...i.e., most of US). These Heritage Foundation, CATO Institute, Faux "news" cult members CONTROL the Republican party and much of what goes on in Washington D.C. and, it seems, in our political process (see 2000 elections and the teapotty nutjobs chosen by them as candidates for this mid-term election). The Generation Joshua is, in my opinion, the MOST DANGEROUS of these other alterego branches, because Michael Farris, based in rural Virginia and founder of the right-right-wing Patrick Henry College, pushed hard to get HOME-SCHOOLING (brainwashing) IN EVERY SINGLE STATE, where INFANTS are INDOCTRINATED with their THEOCRATIC COUP AGENDA, and these young people grow up taught that the "end justifies the means" (ruthless because they think "God" is on their "side"). They are unable to differentiate between right or wrong, good or bad, truth or fiction...the true definition of INSANITY.
