Looking for a way to get this formated into several circles to be used a s a tattoo...?

the only way to get that into a circle is with photoshop. maybe you have a friend, or know a library that has it? even taking it to a quality print shop, but that would cost money, when you could just ask the tattoo artist to do it for you, that is his job. just tell him what you want.
