Env3 recieving messages.?

Okay, I have to env3, and i cant recieve messages. I can send them and other people can get them but i will not recieve tem, and if i get a multimedia messages my phone recieve it untils two days to a week alter. Dont tell me to go to Verizon because they havent done squat for me.
