Changing cartridge for an HP PSC 1510???

Ok, so last night our color cartridge was out of ink and we changed it exactly as it was shown in the Hp website "http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docu… Like it made the click sound it fitted with the cartridge holder like they were puzzles however when we try to print something , it sound like the ink cartridge is stuck. Please help !!!
